• Full Refunds minus credit card charges and freight charges  will be given for any return to our warehouse within 15 days of purchase in original boxed condition.
• 1 year Limited Manufactures Warranty on Manufacturing Defects Only. Not normal wear and tear.
• No refunds will be given if not returned in original packaging
• All refunds will be in check form, delivered via united states postal service within 7 days after a written request. Please send all requests to cs@thebownet.com
• 6 month no questions asked on parts, customer must pay shipping charges for all parts.
